Sankomota was a band from the 'mountain kingdom' of Lesotho. The band was formed around 1976 and consisted of several members in its earliest years, namely - Frank Leepa, Moss Nkofo, Black Jesus, Moruti Selate, Tšepo Tšola, Pitso Sera, among others.
